Job Description

Your role as an Innovation consultant (People & Culture)

As an Innovation consultant (people & culture), you will:

• Manage culture and transformation projects with organizations in a variety of industries and sectors (you will primarily focus on the Mozambican market, but may be involved in projects with our global clients)
• Facilitate strategy, planning and alignment processes with clients who are driving future-focused impact
• Design and facilitate meaningful gatherings / retreats that strengthen relationships, foster collaboration and/or strengthen leadership teams.
• Implement change, communication and engagement initiatives that enable breakthroughs

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Experience in organisational culture transformation and/or change management, people development, organisational development, and/or systems thinking
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of project management, from conceptualization to coordination and implementation
• Understanding of local business and cultural dynamics in Mozambique
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English

Compensation and Availability:

• Net salary range: 95,000mt - 150,000mt (dependent on candidate experience)
• Desired Availability: As agreed, full-time position
• Location: Based in Maputo, with flexibility for remote work and in-person engagements as needed.
